Pull tables from local tag datafiles

reads SMRU or WC tag datafiles & combines in a unified list

pull_local_data(path2data, cid = NULL, tag_mfr)

Arguments

path2data

path to local datafile(s)

cid

SMRU campaign id. Ignored if tag_mfr = "wc".

tag_mfr

either "smru" or "wc"
