clean metadata

Source: R/smru_clean_meta_imos.R

restructures metadata, formats dates, standardizes variable names, subsets to specified campaign ids, appends dive start and end datetimes (for QC), parses the release time (TDeploy, UTC) into release_time, & fills in missing release_longitude/latitude's with the first best quality (lc 3,2, or 1) Argos location after release_datetime

cid

SMRU campaign ids

smru

SMRU table

dropIDs

SMRU refs to be dropped

file

path to metadata .csv file

server

logical; delayed-mode QC. Check ptt, body, WMO ID and tag type against the SMRU data server (whose values are used where they differ) and, with build.meta = TRUE, build the metadata of deployments missing from the metadata file. See smru_meta_dm()

user, pwd

SMRU data server login (used when server = TRUE)

build.meta

logical; build the metadata of deployments missing from the metadata file (used when server = TRUE)

meta.args

the config file meta block (used when build.meta = TRUE)

path2mdb, p2mdbtools

the .mdb folder and the mdbtools path (used when build.meta = TRUE, to read the .mdb deployments table)
